Nestled in the heart of the countryside, Rhyse Farm is a unique venue with a rich and unexpected history.
Once a working turkey farm, this picturesque location has been lovingly transformed by owners Ross and Candice Hemming into a bespoke, exclusive-use wedding venue known for its charm, character, and personal touch.

Q: What are the dates of the festival?
A: The festival runs from Friday 1st May 2026 to Sunday 3rd May 2026 (overnight camping runs till the morning of the 4th May)
Q: Where is the festival held?
A: At Rhyse Farm, Rhyse Lane Tenbury Wells Worcestershire Wr158NH.
Q: What are the opening times each day?
A: Gates open at 9am on Friday 1st May for campers to set up and get their wristbands, with music starting at 1pm and finishing around 1am.
Q: Is the festival family-friendly?
A: Yes, families are welcome! (under 11's are free, 12 and over must purchase a tickets, ID will be needed to be shown on entry.)

Q: Do I need to buy a ticket in advance?
A: Yes, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance to guarantee entry. Limited tickets may be available at the gate.
Q: What's included in a standard weekend ticket?
A: Full access to all three days of music, general camping, and the food village.
Q: Will there be day tickets available?
A: Possibly, day tickets will go on sale in 2026 in phase 2.
Q: Are tickets refundable?
A: Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a festival cancellation. (Check our refund policy for details.)
Q: Do I need to print my ticket?
A: You can either print your ticket with QR code or save it to your phone. Don't forget to bring ID.

Q: Is camping included in my ticket?
A: Yes, general bring your own camping is included with weekend tickets.
Q: When can I arrive to set up camp?
A: Campsites open from 9am on friday 1st May and close at 1pm on Monday 4th May
Q: Are campervans or caravans allowed?
A: Yes, but you’ll need a separate campervan pass. Spaces are limited—book early!
Q: Are there showers and toilets?
A: Yes, there are clean toilets and shower facilities available on site.
Q: Can I camp next to my car?
A: No, car parking is in a separate area for safety reasons.

Q: Can I bring my own food and drink?
A: You’re welcome to bring your own food and soft drinks into the camping area, but no glass bottles are allowed. No outside food/drink is permitted in the main festival arena, all bags will be checked.
Q: What food options are available?
A: Our food village will features a wide selection of food options, using locally sourced produce. Plus we will also be serving good old breakfast options throughout the morning and hot drinks.
Q: Will there be options for dietary restrictions?
A: Yes, we cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other dietary needs.
Q: Is drinking water available?
A: Yes, there are multiple free water refill stations across the site.

Q: What does a VIP ticket include?
A: VIP access includes priority entry, VIP car parking and a VIP Only Lounge and Bar and GLAM Room priority.
Q: Can I upgrade my ticket to VIP?
A: Yes, upgrades are available while supplies last.

Q: Is there parking on site?
A: Yes, parking is available and will be allocated on arrival
Q: Is there public transport to the venue?
A: There is no direct public transport to the venue. the nearest train station is LudLow.
Yarringtons buses operate between Worcester and Tenbury wells and ludlow to Tenbury wells. contact yarringtons direct for times. If your coming as a group please car share where possible.
Q: Are taxis or ride shares allowed to drop off/pick up?
A: Yes, there’s a designated drop-off/pick-up zone near the entrance.

Q: What items are prohibited?
A: No glass, open fires, illegal substances, weapons, or drones. A full list of prohibited items are in our terms and conditions which you adhere to upon purchasing your tickets.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: Sorry, no pets allowed—assistance animals only.
Q: Will there be security and first aid on site?
A: Yes, our team of trained staff & Security will be on site.
Q: What should I do in an emergency?
A: Head to the nearest steward or first aid point. All staff are trained to help!
